• PRACTICE AREA

  Márcia is an attorney with solid experience in Intellectual Property, particularly in the filing, prosecution, and management of patent and industrial design applications before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI). She has expertise in document analysis, drafting of petitions, deadline management, and strategic administration of IP asset portfolios.

  She has also worked in internal project management, actively participating in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of digital transformation initiatives. Her experience includes document digitization, team training, and capacity building for the adoption of new systems, promoting efficiency gains and enhanced information security.
