  Lucas provides consultancy and legal assistance in matters of Intellectual Property with a focus on the areas of copyright, trademarks, unfair competition, in civil and criminal spheres, working in programs to combat counterfeiting and piracy on behalf of large national and international companies from various economic segments, including administrative measures before customs authorities. Lucas works closely with public authorities in the coordination of anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy operations throughout Brazil.
