• PRACTICE AREA

  Eduardo practices law in complex disputes since 2014, with an emphasis on cases involving intellectual property, commercial law, and civil law. He represents national and international clients before various Brazilian courts. Eduardo also works in advisory matters, particularly in pre-litigation stages, providing counsel in contract drafting and review, as well as contractual risk assessment. He offers strategic support to domestic and foreign companies in the prevention and management of disputes.
