  Pedro Bhering possui mais de 45 anos de experiência no campo da propriedade intelectual, sendo amplamente reconhecido como um dos pioneiros do setor no Brasil.   Pedro reúne ampla experiência em todas as principais áreas da propriedade intelectual, incluindo marcas, patentes, indicações geográficas, direitos autorais e direitos conexos, concorrência desleal, combate à contrafação e pirataria, licenciamento e transferência de tecnologia. Sua atuação abrange tanto o aconselhamento estratégico quanto a condução de litígios, em matérias cíveis e criminais, perante tribunais estaduais e federais, o Superior Tribunal de Justiça, e em procedimentos administrativos junto ao Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial (INPI).
