  Tatyana has worked at firms and companies specialized in Intellectual Property, where she has provided counsel and representation to clients in both civil and criminal matters. She also developed anti-piracy programs, including brand protection strategies and the enforcement of major trademarks in the Brazilian market.

  Tatyana Lima is a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property. She works at the Rio de Janeiro firm, where she leads the criminal department and focuses on enforcement of trademark rights and anti-piracy matters. Her work encompasses the development of strategies for trademark protection, investigations, judicial and extrajudicial measures, criminal and civil proceedings, search and seizure operations, training and coordination with law enforcement, customs authorities and other public agencies.
