  Nathalia Ghezzani provides counsel and legal assistance in the field of Intellectual Property, focusing on copyright, trademarks and unfair competition, within the criminal law sphere. She takes part in anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy programs, both nationally and internationally, across different economic segments, and she is also involved in establishing administrative procedures with customs authorities. She works alongside public authorities in coordinating and carrying out anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy operations throughout Brazil. She also provides training sessions to the competent authorities.
