Bhering Advogados hosted an Anti-Counterfeiting Training for the Customs Office at the Port of Santos

On October 17th, Bhering Advogados organized an Anti-Counterfeiting Training Session for Federal Revenue Service officers at the Port of Santos, São Paulo. The training focused on techniques for identifying counterfeit products across different industries, enhancing the ability of customs agents to inspect goods destinated for or in transit through Brasil. The session was conducted by the firm’s criminal law specialist, Lucas Castro.

This training is part of the ongoing efforts by our Anti-Counterfeiting department to strengthen control measures against the import of counterfeit products.
