Anti-Counterfeiting and Piracy Department Participates in Large-Scale Operation in São Paulo

Bhering Advogados collaborated with the 1st Intellectual Property Crimes Investigation Division (1st DIG/DEIC) of the São Paulo Civil Police to carry out a large-scale operation against counterfeit perfumes.

The operation was carried out in a store and warehouse, both located in downtown São Paulo, resulting in the seizure of over 10,000 counterfeit perfumes. These items were also being sold online as original products.

Our Anti-Counterfeiting Department works closely with authorities to strengthen control measures in the fight against counterfeit products.
