  Ricardo Alves Junqueira Penteado is a lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience in intellectual property and combating the illegal market. With an extensive background in the field, he has broad expertise in brand protection, customs operations, logistical actions, and coordination with public authorities to suppress illicit activities involving trademarks, counterfeiting, and smuggling, acting across sectors such as textiles, civil construction, alcoholic beverages, electronics, and toys, among others. He was also responsible for the development and implementation of technical training programs, delivering hundreds of lectures to municipal, state, and federal authorities throughout the national territory.
