Roberto Rangel has been working in the field of Intellectual Property, focusing on patents, industrial designs, prior art searches, patentability analysis, drafting patent applications, and responding to BRPTO office actions. Throughout his career, Roberto has become well-versed in research in national and international databases, technical opinions, risk analysis (Freedom to Operate), drafting appeals, and providing technical opinions in administrative proceedings before the BRPTO. He also assists in the commercialization of industrial assets and the management of intellectual property portfolios.
