  AREAS OF PRACTICE

  Vitória works in the strategic litigation field, with focus on Intellectual Property, particularly disputes involving copyright, trademarks, and unfair competition. She also provides legal advice to clients on matters related to intellectual property, contracts, and technology transfer. Her experience includes handling judicial proceedings, developing strategies for intellectual property disputes, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts related to the exploitation and transfer of technology. She also has international experience in Intellectual Property, having worked at SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte in Munich, Germany.
