  Thiago Ruschi has been working with Intellectual Property since 2014, focusing on complex litigation involving IP, Competition and Regulatory Law. He has experience in high-stakes disputes related to the telecommunications, pharmaceutical and agribusiness fields. His practice also includes advising clients on patent prosecution matters before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office across a wide range of technological fields.
