  Chairin practices Intellectual Property counseling and prosecution, focusing on the area of trademark law. She advises on and guides through all necessary steps and measures, from prior strategies to availability searches for obtaining the registration of a trademark, as well as, the management of trademark portfolios of national and international clients. Furthermore, she also offers assistance to Korean clients regarding trademark matters.
