Bhering Advogados Anti-Counterfeiting Department attends large-scale seizure operation in Rio de Janeiro

On October 11, 2024, Bhering Advogados coordinated a search and seizure operation at a toy factory in the northern zone of the city of Rio de Janeiro. The goal of this action was to seize counterfeit toys and prevent their circulation in the market during the Children’s Day celebrations.

The operation was carried out in collaboration with the Police Station for the Repression of Crimes against Immaterial Property (DRCPIM) and resulted in the seizure of thousands of toys.

Our Anti-counterfeiting department is committed to combating the sale of counterfeit products, working closely with law enforcement authorities to strengthen control measures in this sector.
