Giovanna provides consultancy and legal assistance in matters of Intellectual Property with focus on the areas of copyright, trademarks, unfair competition, in civil and criminal spheres, working in programs to combat counterfeiting and piracy on behalf of large national and international companies from various economic segments. Giovanna also works closely with public authorities in the coordination of anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy operations throughout Brazil.
