Gabriel Guilherme has over 6 years’ experience in intellectual property and over 9 years’ experience in strategic litigation. Throughout his career in intellectual property, Gabriel has acted in highly complex advisory and litigation demands, providing a 360° and personalized view to the most varied clients, from various segments, on trademarks, patents, industrial designs, trade dress, copyright, trade secrets and unfair competition. Gabriel is currently completing his postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law, consolidating his professional experience in this academic specialty. Gabriel also has a strong institutional and associative role, whether coordinating committees or study groups of lawyers on relevant subjects, such as Innovation and Standard-Essential Patents, or coordinating internal working groups related to the initiative to get closer to the Chinese market and to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, having acted as a mentor in CESA’s Incluir Direito project.
