In addition to assisting and advising on all stages of the trademark registration process, from defining strategies to conducting clearance searches, Carolina also manages brand portfolios, ensuring their protection and value. Her practice further includes advising on significant due diligence operations concerning Intellectual Property matters, negotiating licenses and copyright assignments, technology transfer agreements, and other Intellectual Property-related consultations.
