Last Tuesday, 6th August, Bhering Advogados, in collaboration with agents from the Military Police and the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, participated in a noteworthy seizure operation at a commercial centre where counterfeit and irregularly imported products were traded in the city of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais.

The “Atacado Central” operation involved eight distributors and resulted in the seizure of 200 volumes of goods with an estimated value of R$400,000. The primary items seized included toys, clothing, and electronics.

Our Anti-Counterfeiting and Piracy department works closely with the Military Police and the Federal Revenue Service to enhance control measures against the trade of counterfeit products.
