From August 22 to 23, 2022, the 42nd International Congress of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) will be held in hybrid format. The theme of this year’s edition is “Innovation and Society 5.0”.

Partner Philippe Bhering will be the moderator of Panel 2, entitled “Compulsory License in the Post-COVID World”, which will take place on August 22, 2022, at 11:30 am (BRT). The panel will feature lectures by Caroline Tauk, Federal Judge of the Federal Regional Court – 2nd Region, Dr. Bernd Janssen, partner at Uexküll & Stolberg, and Ms. Ana Carolina Cagnoni, IP Director at Interfarma.
