From June 20 to 24, 2022, the Brazilian Intellectual Property (ABPI) will host the first Scientific Meeting of its Study Committees. Each committee will organize a panel where a relevant and up to date topic will be discussed.

Partner Philippe Bhering is the coordinator of the International Law Committee, which will hold the panel “Trade Secret Protection – The International Landscape and how it can (or should) influence the Brazilian Legal System”. It will take place online on June 24, 2022, at 11 am (BRT), and will feature lectures by Daniel Hoppe and Axel Oldekop, both partners at Preu Bohlig, and Ryan Grondzik, partner at Warner Norcross & Judd.
