Since 1995, April 23 marks World Book and Copyright Day, a celebration established by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to emphasize the role of books, the authors behind them, and the copyrights protecting them.

Copyright protection stimulates creativity and extends to creations expressed by any means or fixed in any support, including books, photographs, paintings, plays, choreographic works, music and film.

In this sense, we also seize this date to celebrate all the authors and artists who share their work with the world and contribute to marking generations, inspiring people, and expanding knowledge.
