Bhering Advogados’ anti-counterfeiting department was present, along with agents of the Brazilian Internal Revenue Service at a seizure operation in Vitória da Conquista, a city in the state of Bahia, on May 20, 2021.  The operation resulted in the seizure of approximately R$250,000 worth of counterfeit toys, cellphone accessories, and electronics.

Our anti-counterfeiting department works closely with the police and IRS officials in Bahia to strengthen control against trade in counterfeit products.
