Partner Isabel Milman published the article “Recognition of foreign arbitration decisions in Intellectual Property matters” in Volume II of collection “Controversial issues in arbitration in light of the 2015 Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure”.

The article presents an unconventional approach on the subject of arbitration in the field of Intellectual Property, not focusing on the problem of the arbitrability of such rights, but rather on the broader possibility of internalizing foreign arbitration decisions so that they can produce effects in Brazil.
