From September 25 to 28, the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) will hold its Annual Meeting 2019 in Frankfurt, Germany. Bhering Advogados will be represented at the event by partner Philippe Bhering.

Some of the themes of this year’s event are:

• Influences of competition law on trademark law;
• The injunction in patent law;
• Changes required by the new EU Copyright Directive;
• The current jurisprudence of the Federal Court of Justice on trademark and competition law.
