On January 22, 2016, partner Júlio Regoto attended the colloquium “Can you Keep a Secret? Developments in EU and Brazilian Trade Secrets Law”, promoted by LES Brazil and LES Spain-Portugal in Rio de Janeiro, with live broadcast to São Paulo and Lisbon, about the protection of Trade Secrets in Brazil and in Europe. The event was attended by lawyers and by the European Commission’s Intellectual Property Legal Advisor, who presented the Commission’s proposed Directive on Trade Secrets.
