More than 9,900 intellectual property professionals gathered from May 2 to May 6 in San Diego for INTA’s 2015 Annual Meeting – the premier trademark event for networking, continuing legal education, and committee and client meetings. This year’s Annual Meeting featured valuable skill-building workshops, industry breakouts, interactive table topics, and trademark law sessions focused on international topics; as well as an exhibition hall boasting nearly 100 exhibitors debuting new products and services. Bhering Advogados was represented at this important event by Pedro Bhering, Philippe Bhering, Guilherme Abrantes, Rosanna Moeller and Vanessa Ribeiro.

Founded in 1878, the INTA is an association with over 6,200 members, including companies and law firms from over 190 countries, devoted to the support and development of trademarks and related intellectual property, as elements of fair and efficient trade, both internally and internationally.

Serving as appointed members for the 2014-2015 INTA Committee Term, Philippe Bhering and Guilherme Abrantes participated in special gatherings for the Association’s leadership. Mr. Philippe Bhering attended the meeting of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee. Mr. Guilherme Abrantes attended the meeting of the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee.
