From October 03 to 06, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) promotes its 42nd World Intellectual Property Congress in Paris, France. Bhering Advogados is being represented at this important event by Rafael Tögel.

AIPPI is concerned with all types of intellectual property rights (including patents, trademarks, and copyrights). It is the oldest global association for the protection of intellectual property and has the respect and ear of governments and global organizations, such as the World Intellectual Property Organization and the World Trade Organization. Since it was founded in 1897, AIPPI has been consulted (and still is) by decision makers worldwide on current intellectual property issues.
