The distribution of products “Biobrilho” resembling product “Brilhante” has to be ceased. The products which were already distributed must be collected in 15 days, under penalty of a daily fine of R$ 2,000.00 (approximately US$ 1,000.00).

The decision was rendered by the 3rd Panel of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), who also determined the search and seizure of the uncollected products within the deadline. The contents of the decision is available at the web page of the STJ (in Portuguese).
