During the month of November 2022, Bhering Advogados was present along with agents of the Civil Police and the Brazilian Internal Revenue Service at the largest seizure operation that has ever taken place in the center of Sao Paulo, which expects to apprehend counterfeit goods worth BRL 1 billion.

Our Anti-counterfeiting department works closely with the police and IRS officials in Rio de Janeiro to strengthen control against trade in counterfeit products.
