On October 05, 2022, Bhering Advogados was present along with agents of the Civil Police and the Brazilian Internal Revenue Service at a large-scale seizure operation that resulted in the apprehension of 6 tons of counterfeit toys, which were found at different stores in the central region of Rio de Janeiro.

Our Anti-counterfeiting department works closely with the police and IRS officials in Rio de Janeiro to strengthen control against trade in counterfeit products.
