Philippe Bhering authored a report published in the April 2020 issue of “Class 46” about the Study on Counterfeit Pharmaceuticals released by the European Union Intellectual Property Office – EUIPO and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development – OECD. “Class 46” is a weblog dedicated to European trademark law and practice of the European Association of Trade Mark Owners (MARQUES).
