The Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) promotes its 31st International Congress on Intellectual Property, from August 28 to 30, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The main topic of this year’s edition is “Innovation as a Tool for Development”.

The event program includes 4 Plenary Sessions and 12 panels, in addition to ABPI’s Study Committees meetings. The Industrial Design Committee meeting will have as lecturer Ms. Mina Kaway, associate attorney of Bhering Advogados. Ms. Kaway will give a presentation on the topic “The International Legal Protection of Fashion”.

Mr. Pedro Bhering and Mr. Rodrigo Sergio Bonan de Aguiar also represent Bhering Advogados in this important event.
