News | Brazil has 1.8 million illegal downloads, according to report

Approximately 1.8 million downloads per year are performed illegally in Brazil, according to a report from the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI).
Around 64% of the downloads are done by consumers from privileged economic classes. In China, the percentage reaches 99% of the internet users; Spain leads in Europe.
